Fitness Kickboxing (ladies only)
A fun class promoting a high level of cardio exercise combined with the correct striking of pads, shields and bags. Minimum equipment will be boxing gloves, wrist strapping may be required for this class. The style and combination of techniques will have an origin in the Jo’Li Martial Arts Kickboxing, but the emphasis will be clearly fitness based. This class does not include sparring, as the focus of the class is fun and fitness.
